Cake Pops

So I received a few emails asking what are cake pops....
Let's start with what they are NOT:

• Well they are not just cake on a stick covered in chocolate
• They are not munchkins covered with chocolate on a stick

They Are:

• They are made of fresh cake
• They consist of cake which is crumbles and mixed with icing to give it a play dough consistency which is shaped and then dipped in chocolate
