Rice Krispy treat Favors

I am hard at work trying to come up with some cute rice krispy /crispy treat favors. I love when the kids get something useful at a party instead of a bunch of nick knacks or candy. The same pretty much goes for me too - I just don't know what to do with all the silly little favors I have received over the years. The mini picture frames (who really uses them?) or the statues (who has room for that?) or worst ..... I much rather receive something I can EAT - (another reason why I am fat -lol). So anyway I have been trying to come up with more than just the standard square treat - with chocolate on top of course - ow & on a stick. Everything is better on a stick with Chocolate on it !

Recently I Took care of an Elmo 2nd Birthday .....I always thought Elmo was more of a boy theme but now that I did it for a girl I am totally thinking I could have added a splash of pink and made it a little more girly. Here is some of the Party Pics.

So I received a few emails asking what are cake pops....
Let's start with what they are NOT:

• Well they are not just cake on a stick covered in chocolate
• They are not munchkins covered with chocolate on a stick

They Are:

• They are made of fresh cake
• They consist of cake which is crumbles and mixed with icing to give it a play dough consistency which is shaped and then dipped in chocolate
